OK! I want the recipe for the chocolate mushrooms used in the main photo for this tribe! My mouth is watering looking at them.

Tue, January 29, 2008 - 6:53 AMChocolate mushrooms can easily be made without a mold allowing each one to be unique, using slightly chilled ganache and a pastry bag to make both stems and caps, them dipping in tempered chocolate and decorated or brushed accorind to what you want your final product to look like, the ones in the main picture if they were molded it was a really nice mold, but they look more like free formed ones.
